Delivery

Product returns

The purchaser has the right to return the products (special orders excepted) within 10 days after receiving the product, even without reason. This only applies when the product is in original state, has its original box and can be sold as new again.
Should the delivered product not meet the specifications as laid out in the description, photo or arrive broken/damaged/incomplete, 12Tune will arrange the missing part(s) of the product, repair or offer a replacement of the product without extra (shipping)charge at earliest convenience.

RMA Procedures

Shipping costs for product returns without legitimate reason are at the expense of the purchaser.

Product warranty

Products supplied by 12Tune are subject to the guarantee by the manufacturer of the product concerned. Due to our wholesale activities we have a close intensive contact with these manufacturers world wide which makes that we can solve your case immediately.

12Tune agreed with all its suppliers (except M&H Tires) a minimum warranty period of 1 year.
